We are a relatively small business established to fill a void in the administrative market. We felt that although a number of businesses had in-house staff to carry out administrative tasks such as typing, some firms could not afford the ongoing costs of employment. The introduction of outsourcing to their business means that they can still meet their administrative demands without the huge financial and legal responsibilites which go alongside employment and only pay for the time it takes to complete the specific task.
Since we began trading in 2007 with 1 client we have expanded substantially and now carry out a number of administrative tasks including transcribing digital audio files, typing letters, court documents, internal memorandums, completing forms and property inventory transcriptions for over 28 clients.
